AGRO is the agriculture, livestock and food fair that has been held in Braga for 59 editions, and its organiser, InvestBraga, describes it as the most important fair of its kind in northern Portugal. The 2027 edition fills the pavilion at Forum Braga from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 April, with more than 25,000 m² of exhibition space. It brings together farmers and livestock breeders, producers, importers, wholesalers and resellers, specialists and the general public. Alongside the exhibitors there is a programme of conferences and seminars, a demonstration and tasting area, and livestock competitions held in a ring inside the pavilion. Four days of trade fair make it an event people travel to Braga for and stay over. The city's historic centre, Bom Jesus do Monte and the Minho countryside are all close at hand for the evenings and the days either side.

Tips for Attending 59ª AGRO - Feira Internacional de Agricultura, Pecuária e Alimentação
Opening hours: Thursday 8 April 10:00–23:00, Friday 9 and Saturday 10 April from 10:00 until midnight, Sunday 11 April 10:00–20:00. Tickets cost €3.50 from age 11 and are free up to age 10; each ticket is valid for one day only, with no re-entry. They are sold on MEO Blueticket or at the Forum Braga box office on the day. Bring ID for children, who must be with an adult.
Best Days to Visit
The fair runs from Thursday to Sunday, and each ticket covers one day. Check the official programme for the conferences, tastings and livestock competitions before you go. Staying two nights lets you see the fair and the city.
Getting There
Forum Braga is on Av. Dr. Francisco Pires Gonçalves, just outside the historic centre. Braga has a central train station with direct trains from Porto, and good motorway links. From the centre the venue is a short drive, a taxi ride or a walk.
Parking
If you are driving in, take advantage of the free private parking available at some of our Braga apartments, and come to the fair on foot or by taxi.
