“4th floor with no lift. Sheets and towels although clean but smelt like they were not washed and disinfected with proper detergent. Everything smelt like old people.. Had to remove 2 pillows as the smell was unbearable. One of the mattress covers was dirty and smelly.Had to buy extra towels. Wine glasses and plates dirty. No tray in the oven just a grid. No dishwasher. Back balcony walls dirty and full of cobwebs Very disappointed as this trip was for health issues and expected more home comfort. We have rented other properties in Braga and were always pleased and they always reached our expectations.”
